Beginning, she created a more pointy olfactory organ using a prosthetic for the tip.

Using a brush, she blended the black areas into the white to create a ghost-like grey hue, and painted on thin veins for an extra-creepy upshot.

To finish it off, she donned a habit and some goosebump-inducing facial expressions to really take her expect to the next level.

The movie, which premiered Sept. 6, made waves with its ads, which were so frightening that even YouTube had to accept one of them downwardly.
